The Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Breeders Owners Trainers Reinspersons Association will be held, in the Committee Room (downstairs) at Albion Park Raceway on Thursday, 20 December, 2018 at 6:00pm for the purpose of considering the following agenda.
1. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING To receive and accept the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 4 December, 2017.
2. BUSINESS ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES To discuss the issues raised at the previous Annual General Meeting.
3. CHAIRMAN’S REPORT AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS To receive and consider the Club’s Annual Report comprising the President’s Report, Comprehensive Income Statement, Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Cash Flow and Notes to and forming part of the accounts for the Association for the Financial Year ended 30 June, 2018.
4. MATTERS NOTIFIED No matters have been received for tabling.
